Power Source Prayer Group

Power Source Prayer Group combines quiet meditation based on Holy Scripture with a time of faith sharing and open conversational prayer.  Scripture verses are chosen to correspond with the liturgical year or to emphasize an attribute of God and to apply a spiritual lesson. A selection of Scripture is used for each of the following four steps of prayer:

FOUR STEPS OF PRAYER - A.C.T.S. 

            ADORATION:               Praise God for who He is.
            CONFESSION:                 Examine conscience and silently repent of our sins.
            THANKSGIVING:       Remember God’s blessings and answers to prayer.
            SUPPLICATION:         Intercede for others in prayer. 

Confidential prayer intentions may be submitted in the prayer boxes located at each entrance of the church near the bulletin boards, or by email to [email protected] or [email protected]. 

Prayer Meeting Schedule:
Weekly on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Cathedral Center. Use back entrance.
