The St. Matthew Meal Ministry is an initiative for parishioners to support each other by offering comforting and healing meals to families with new babies, folks who have recently lost a beloved, or anyone going through treatments, such as cancer. Meals will be offered for a two week period, with location, dates and times of meal drop-offs tailored to accommodate the needs of those receiving meals.

How does it work? Any time a parishioner with a need is connected with the Meal Ministry, our coordinator will email the list of people willing to provide a meal. Volunteers can then sign up for any date that works for them. The coordinator will provide information about the time and place of meal-drop off and any information about dietary restrictions.

If you would be willing to offer a meal, simply sign up by emailing, and we will add you to our email list. Meals are coordinated through, and you will be able to sign up for taking parishioners a meal as you are available.

If you or someone you know could benefit from receiving meals, please email or contact the rectory (289-5539).

Let us continue our Eucharistic worship through this parish ministry! Feel free to contact Jennifer Miller at the Meal Ministry email address if you have any questions or know a family who could benefit from this ministry.
