Principal's Letter
March 4, 2010
Dear Parents,
Can spring be far behind? There is a feeling of hope when we reach the month of March. There is also much happening. We bade farewell to Mrs. Bralick last week and Mrs. Holland has everything under control.
We are finishing up ISTEP+ testing for the time being and are working on registration for next year. Please return your information and the registration fee. If the fee is not paid your registration form will be returned. Many still have payments due for this year. Please see that this is reconciled.
There is a Confirmation retreat on Saturday, March 6. This is required for those who are to be confirmed.
We are having an Open House on Sunday, March 7 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Please tell anyone who is looking for a wonderful school to drop bye.
Tuesday, March 16 students will be dismissed at 12:00 noon. There is a Mass scheduled for teachers from this end of the diocese here at 1:30 p.m. There will be after-school that day.
Report cards go home on March 18. No hot lunch March 19.
The Spring Program for K – 4 is March 24 at 7:00 p.m. Dress rehearsal at 1:00 p.m.
Reserved seating is available for a small donation, please call the school office to reserve your seats.
Confessions for students will be March 25 and 26.
The Parish Fish Fry is March 26.
Finally, the most important dates are March 12 and 26 – dress down day for selling cookie dough and Burger King books.
March 29 we begin Holy Week and Spring Break begins on Good Friday, April 2.
Please continue to pray for us and we remember you each day in our prayers.
Sincerely,
Mary Anne Retseck,
Principal
