Cathedral Adult Choir
This large choral ensemble sings for the Sunday 11:00 a.m. Mass and for special Parish and Diocesan occasions. Rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 7:30pm in the choir loft.

Cathedral Singers
A musical ensemble open to all individuals from freshmen in high school, who love to sing and play contemporary liturgical music at Sunday’s 5:30 p.m. Mass. Rehearsals are held on Sundays at 4:30pm in the choir loft.

Children’s Choir
Children in grades 5 through 8 lift their sweet voices to God on Sundays at the 9:00 a.m. “Family Mass.” Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays at 3:00pm in the choir loft.

Those who love to sing and have the ability to do so in order to lead the congregation in Liturgical hymns, psalms and chants during Mass.

The Cathedral Choir and the Cathedral Singers are always seeking out individuals to play their musical instruments, on an occasional or regular basis, for Masses and other special liturgies.

Cathedral Brass
A group of talented musicians who perform at special Masses and events throughout the year, both at St. Matthew Cathedral and other parishes in the area.
Cantus Cathedralis
Singers from parishes throughout our diocese are invited to participate in the Cantus Cathedralis, an auditioned choir dedicated to the liturgical performance of repertoire from the treasury of sacred music. This choir, under the direction of Dr. Wishart Bell, will periodically sing Saturday evening Masses at St. Matthew as well as several parishes in our area.
